d650, delro mods’ first 18650 device, is a project that’s been in the works since 3/2021. No expense spared and not a single corner cut, every aspect of this design has been thoroughly considered and reconsidered; nothing rushed, everything scrutinized. d650 is fully modular, capable of an endless range of customization, and is easy to disassemble, clean, and maintain.

C-frame (Cf):

Screen cover:
• Scratch-resistant glass seals the electronics from dust, debris, and fingerprints.

Battery minus spring:
• The bi-directional spring contact is made of gold-plated beryllium-copper (CuBe) for the
best possible transfer of power through the c frame down to the electronics.

Power transfer PCB:
• A “power-to-board” PCB delivers stable and consistent current from the battery to the
dicodes EC23d.

Powering delro d650 is the Dicodes EC23. This is the same time tested and proven board
found in their insanely accurate and well-built tube mods (Dani Extreme v3), however our
version has been highly customized for delro. Some of the changes include a faster response
time, easier menu navigation and temp/power adjustment, and menus which provide a detailed
breakdown of power loss and battery performance.

All electronic components have been designed in partnership with, and made by, Dicodes
GmbH, a true expert in electronic design and production. If any issues arise with the
electronics, we have added a ZIF connector (similar to the connection a DNA/BF60 uses to
attach the screen to the PCB) to the flexible membrane (button) board. This means all
electronics can be removed from the device and a pre-wired replacement can be sent to your
home from our repair partners in US and EU for easy replacement. All electronics are covered
by a 2Y warranty.
