Maturing EL Toro for prolonged periods in old liquor barrels adds something special to the liquid. The old wood works as a natural filter absorbing as much as 7% of the liquid, including certain colours and impurities. The finished liquid is lighter in colour, with a refined taste and a stronger vicious throat hit. Elements such as a unique taste and the subtle liquor aroma are also infused naturally. The result is simply outstanding.
